What does SENTIBAN actually do?
SENTIBAN is a proposed remote-monitoring suite for pistachio dryer operations. The intended focus is visibility into available readings, event awareness and process history. Confirmed functions will depend on the system specified for your facility.
Can it work with existing dryers?
Potential integration depends on the make of dryer, installed sensors, controls and site connectivity. Sustainovel can review your equipment before confirming what is practical.
Does it control the dryer remotely?
The current proposition is remote monitoring, not autonomous or remote dryer control. Any control integration would require a separate technical and safety review.
Does monitoring replace moisture tests or food safety procedures?
No. Remote monitoring supports operator awareness; it does not replace calibrated measurements, sampling, validated processing procedures or food safety management.
